My Mediterranean Food exporters are hoping the Supreme Court asserts the Congress's exclusive import tariff power back to the Congress primarily for one reason, constancy! Because business contracts as Donald Trump knows require months and in some case years to complete and his erratic one day this and the next day that decision making just stops commerce.
