It appears Trump practices the reverse with both his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and National Security Adviser John Bolton speaking boldly with the belief that the threat of military action carries the fear that it used to before North Vietnam showed revolutionaries to the contrary, that their will could outlast our political will to continue.
