Turkey's incursion into Syria's predominantly Sunni Arab town of Jarabulus is logical and keeps the Kurd's from overreaching into Arab territory they are not inclined to govern.  Yes there is an isolated Kurdish region to the west which if Turkey were sane then would allow Kurdish pesh mega militia and governing elements free access to while it further invades Sunni Syria pushing ISIS out and provide a safe haven for Sunnis with possible annexation because of Syria's political dysfunction its sovereignty should be respected or of concern.
